Female students have been encouraged to consider science as a choice of career. The encouragement, by Makerere University’s Resilient Africa Network (Ran) project, came during the National Technovation Challenge, held at the organisation’s offices in Kololo, last month.
The event is part of the international technovation challenge, which attracted teams from over 60 countries. Ran chief Prof William Bazeyo urged more students to take part in the Technovation Challenge.
