Honoring the powerful leaders championing Technovation Girls in their communities.

The Global Ambassador Leadership Award is an annual initiative within Technovation that celebrates exemplary Club, Chapter, and Student Ambassadors, leaders who embody outstanding global leadership, foster collaboration, make impactful program contributions, and serve as inspiring role models within the Technovation community.

Ambassadors have the opportunity to nominate peers for their exceptional work or nominate themselves for consideration for this award.

NOMINATION CRITERIA

Leadership Excellence

  • Demonstrates exemplary leadership qualities and serves as a role model within their local community and/or the Global Ambassador Community.
  • Provides valuable guidance and resources to facilitate greater access for girls to participate in the program.

Collaborative Work

  • Inspires and fosters collaboration among peers in the global ambassador community, promoting teamwork and creativity.
  • Actively engages in the development and growth of others.

Program Advocacy

  • Represents Technovation at local, regional and/or global events, effectively communicating the program's mission and objectives.
  • Proactively spreads awareness to increase program visibility, thereby reaching and impacting more girls positively.

Nomination Guidelines

Nominee must be an active Chapter, Club, or Student Ambassador for the 2025 season

Only Chapter, Club, and Student Ambassadors can submit nominations for the award.

Only Chapter Ambassadors who have been assigned to work with a Student Ambassador may nominate a Student Ambassador for an award.

Ambassadors may only submit one nomination for the Ambassador Leadership Award

Ambassadors are ineligible to win the award in consecutive years

Self-nominations are accepted

Evidence should be provided for each award criteria and specific examples are encouraged within a strict 200-word limit

Nominations must can be submitted in any language

Selection process

Four global ambassadors will be selected by Technovation's internal committee. These judges carefully review and assess nominations, considering only the information provided in the nomination forms. The selection panel relies solely on the evidence presented in the nomination form to make their decision, so it's crucial to provide comprehensive and compelling information.

Winners Announcements

Winners will be announced during their respective Ambassador Celebration after the season ends. Winners will be honored with a special certificate from Technovation and a public feature.

We aim for this initiative to shine a spotlight on the dedication and hard work of all our Ambassadors as they make a meaningful impact on the lives of girls in their communities.
