Global Ambassador Leadership Award

Global Ambassador Leadership Award 2026
Club and Chapter Ambassadors

Honoring the powerful leaders championing Technovation Girls in their communities.

The Global Ambassador Leadership Award is an annual initiative within Technovation that celebrates exemplary Club and Chapter Ambassadors who have demonstrated exceptional impact in one of four key areas: building meaningful Partnerships, fostering Collaboration, advancing opportunities in Underserved Communities, or driving Innovation within their Technovation program.

Ambassadors have the opportunity to nominate peers for their exceptional work or nominate themselves for consideration for this award.

NOMINATION CRITERIA

Partnerships

  • Has secured partnerships with local, national, or global organizations, obtaining funding, in-kind support, volunteers, or other resources to advance the program's mission

Collaboration

  • Has gone above and beyond to collaborate with other Clubs and/or Chapters
  • (For example: virtual cultural exchanges, working sessions, attending RPEs, helping secure resources, or brainstorming program related issues)

Underserved Communities

  • Has made a meaningful impact while bringing Technovation to underserved communities
  • (For example: rural areas, regions affected by conflict or environmental disaster, under-resourced schools, or participants with disabilities.)

Innovation

  • Has introduced creative solutions to run the program across its different phases and/or areas
  • (for example: funding, marketing, volunteer recruitment and management, program delivery, or participant resources).

Four Ambassadors will receive this award in 2026. Recipients will be announced in June at the End of Season Ambassador Celebration and will receive a special certificate from Technovation, a public feature in our marketing, and an invitation to attend a meeting with TAIFA partners.
Nomination Guidelines:
  • Nominee must be a registered and active Chapter or Club Ambassador for the 2026 season
  • Only Chapter and Club Ambassadors can submit nominations for the award
  • Ambassadors may only submit one nomination for the  Global Ambassador Leadership Award
  • Ambassadors are not eligible to win the award in consecutive years
  • Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged

Selection Process:

Four Ambassadors will be selected by Technovation's internal committee. These judges carefully review and assess nominations, considering only the information provided in the nomination forms. What People Say About Our Ambassadors

"Blessing currently mentors many teams, visiting schools weekly and dedicating hours to guide them through coding, ideation, and business planning. Even when two teams dropped out due to challenges beyond her control, she never lost momentum. Her drive, empathy, and commitment make her not just a leader, but a role model for every girl she mentors."

"By prioritizing community growth over individual achievement, Saparguly cultivates an environment where ambassadors and participants alike feel empowered and supported. His efforts have directly contributed to enhancing teamwork, knowledge exchange, and the collective success of the program.”

"Nera and Power to Code advocate for Technovation with deep conviction, because we’ve seen its impact, one girl at a time. At Power to Code, we’re not just organizing a program, we’re building a community with the help of a dedicated team of volunteers who make it all happen. "
