Ecosia is a Chrome extension where every search generates funds that are then used to plant trees worldwide.

Shazia Khan’s mission is to bring solar energy to people with no access to electricity in Pakistan, through her social enterprise EcoEnergy. She hopes to convert 50,000 villagers within the next three years before eventually expanding beyond Pakistan to Myanmar, Indonesia, and possibly Malaysia.
