Freshman Paige Zimmerman along with her team of tech-savvy teenage girls won the L.A. Regional Semifinals for The Technovation Challenge on May 3.
The Technovation Challenge is an international competition that requires teams of girls to create an app prototype that helps to address an issue in their direct community.
“I joined Technovation to learn how to code, to improve my presentation skills, and to look into more opportunities in technology,” Zimmerman said.
