Once you launch your program it’s important to keep tabs on all the participants as they progress.

A few tips for season start logistics:

As students and mentors register, make sure they form teams together and start a submission on the platform

Check in with your mentors and make sure they are connected to one another (and the global mentor community) for support and advice

Communicate with your staff contact on the global headquarters team. We love to receive updates and are eager to know how we can support you! 

  1. Attend our monthly councils for program leaders like you every first Thursday at 10 am ET
  2. Engage on the ambassadors Slack channel & Linkedin group – feel free to ask questions, share tips, and post photos
  3. Collaborate with other ambassadors – you’re welcome to reach out to each other directly or let us know if you want us to introduce you!

  • Individual Check ins:
  • Reach out to your staff contact to schedule an individual check in meeting
  • Corporate Connections:
  • If you're located near one of our corporate partners, we may be able to help connect you with corporate mentors. Reach out to [email protected].
  • Virtual Coaching:
  • We offer virtual coaching where teams can sign up for a 1-time virtual meeting with a subject expert who has volunteered their time to be a coach. Keep an eye on your email for a link when coaching sign ups open.
