Technovation Girls is a global competition for girls to showcase their technology and entrepreneurship skills by building and pitching technology-based solutions to community problems.

Every year, thousands of girls around the world submit their projects to the competition, which is judged by volunteer judges who evaluate each submission against a standardized rubric. Teams may advance to the rank of Semifinalist, Regional Honoree (previously Regional Winner), Finalist, and eventually First- and Second-place Winners. Additional special prizes and recognitions are also awarded.

Technovation Girls is also a program run by dedicated volunteers in their local communities — we recognize their efforts each year as well.
