Decide when you’ll begin recruiting participants for your program
If you’re able to fit it in, it’s ideal to have 1-2 months before the start of the program to spread the word and get folks involved.
Your program start and end dates are up to you! However, keep in mind that It generally takes 40 hours total for students to complete the program.
Often programs start in October, while others squeeze it in January through April. Some programs even run over the summer!
If your students are pretty independent, teams might be able to work on their project on their own between meetings.
